Obtained IATF 16949 (formerly TS 16949) quality management system certification. Completed registration for the Dun & Bradstreet D-U-N-S number. Established a mold development team, achieving independent design and manufacturing of core molds. Commissioned a multi-station automated deep-drawing production line. Began mass supply of water pump impellers to SGM; this year’s PPM for our standard products is zero, with positive customer feedback.

Successfully developed the N15T stainless steel welded water outlet pipe for SAIC-GM. Completed the development of the positioning valve plate for Volkswagen’s fuel pump. Upgraded the ERP system to enable traceability of production information and transparent process management.

BMW B48 series: Deep-drawn pump housing with copper bushings, stainless-steel spring support brackets, and stainless-steel end caps have been developed and are now in mass production. In 2022, the company obtained ISO 14001:2015 certification for its environmental management system.

Completed the development and mass production of stainless steel tubing components for multiple Volkswagen EA211 1.5T EVO engine water pumps. Established the Tubing Components Division and advanced the automation upgrade of production lines. Successfully developed tubing components for Daimler Mercedes-Benz in the United States. Completed the development of outlet pipe fittings for Chery Automobile.

Completed the development and mass production of the stainless steel end cover for the Volkswagen EA211 1.5T EVO water pump. Completed the development of a non-magnetic rotary vane made from stainless steel 304. Completed the development of the stainless steel 305 water‑proof sleeve for the Volkswagen 450W electric pump.
